We offer a "Community Care Discount" for our differently abled members. If you feel you qualify for this discount and have a verified disability, please purchase a pass at the discounted rate. We will verify when you pick up your pass or our driver will verify once you get picked up for your first ride.
Using a community bus pass for on-demand trips: When you book your on-demand trip, you'll be given the option "pay via app" or "pay in-person". Your bus pass is the "pay in-person portion”, you will NOT have the opportunity to pay the driver. Our drivers will not have change or money bags. If you do not have a bus pass your rider will be canceled or you may pay via the app using a debit or credit card.
Please note: ADA approved riders is a different program. If you are currently ADA approved, please continue to order your rides via our call center and they will remain zero dollars. If you feel that you may qualify, contact us via our website and we can begin the process. Until approved you will continue to pay $.60 per on-demand ride. If you have been approved in the past and would like to see if you still qualify please contact our front office and ask for our ADA Manager Tina, 479-756-5901.
In-Person Pass Pickup: You may pick up your bus pass from our front office during regular business hours or you may select mail option and Ozark Regional Transit Authority will mail your bus pass. Our front office will verify your discount. If we are unable to verify when you arrive to pick up your pass. Then you will be given one pass and if you reorder without verification a second time, that pass will be held without an option for a refund.
Mail Delivered Pass: At your first ride our driver will request your ID and disability verification for this is a discounted rate pass. If we are unable to verify when you arrive to pick up your pass. Then you will be given one pass and if you reorder without verification a second time, that pass will be held without an option for a refund.

Disabled "Community Care Discount" On-Demand Bus Pass (10 trips)
We do not offer refunds for pre-purchased bus passes. If you are unable to use your passes please donate to your favorite Northwest Arkansas organziation.
