Here's how it works:
Book Your Ride
Just like with popular ride-sharing services, you can book your ride through our user-friendly app, “ORT on-Demand”. Specify your pickup location and destination within our service zones, and our system will find the best available route for you.
45-Minute Ride Limit
We value your time, and we've implemented a strict 45-minute total ride duration per passenger. This ensures that your commute remains convenient and doesn't turn into an unexpected marathon. If a subsequent booking would extend the total ride time beyond 45 minutes for the initial passenger, the system will automatically decline the request with a “Seat Unavailable” message.
